1)     Not getting enough sleep

One of the worst things you can do to your body is to private of sleep not only does sleep help your body physically recover from the day's activities but it also allows your brain to rest and rejuvenate without enough sleep you'll start to feel sluggish and foggy-headed and you may even find yourself getting sick more often plus not getting enough sleep can lead to serious health problems in the long run such as heart disease stroke and diabetes

2)     Doing the same thing every day

if you do the same thing every day you'll get bored you'll start to feel like you're stuck

in a rut and like your life has no purpose this can lead to depression and anxiety it can also make you more likely to turn to unhealthy coping mechanisms like drugs or alcohol

so mix things up and live a little.

 

3)      Lack of self-awareness

One of the most important things you can do for yourself is to be aware of your thoughts feelings and actions when you're not self-aware you're more likely to make decisions that are harmful to yourself and others you might also find yourself in situations that are out of your control to avoid this take some time each day to check in with yourself pay attention to your thoughts and emotions and notice how they affect your behavior.

 

4)     Not Exercising

if you don't make time for exercise you're not just harming your body you're harming your mind too exercise has been shown to improve mental health and it's also a great way to relieve stress not exercising can lead to weight gain which can put strain on your joints and muscles. It can also lead to poor sleep which can leave you feeling exhausted and cranky and if you're not careful it can even lead to depression.

One of the most important things in life is maintaining a positive outlook having a negative outlook will ruin your life because it will prevent you from achieving your goals it will make you unhappy and it will cause you to miss out on opportunities a negative outlook will also make you less likely to take risks which can lead to a stagnation of your personal growth.

Eating processed food is one of the worst things you can do for your health it's loaded with sugar salt and unhealthy fats that can lead to weight gain heart disease and other serious health problems plus it's often lacking in important nutrients like vitamins and minerals if you want to live a healthy life make sure to avoid processed food as much as possible.

 

7)     Skipping breakfast

Skipping breakfast can actually ruin your whole day when you skip breakfast you're more likely to make unhealthy choices later in the day you're also more likely to overeat later in the day because you'll be so famished plus skipping breakfast can mess with your metabolism and cause you to gain weight so if you want to have a healthy and successful day make sure you eat breakfast.

 

8)     Complaining without taking action

9)     Being unhappy with others' successes
