FATE vs HARD WORK

Whatever is in your fate no one can take it from you and whatever is not in your fate you cannot take it. We all must have listened to this so many times in our lives.  There are certain debates regarding this, some say fate can be made or changed by hard work on the contrary it can be said that if something is in your fate then no need to hard work to get it. The one who is successful after hard work he/she believes in hard work and gives less importance to Fate while one who is born with a golden spoon  doesn’t overthink about the hard work, but still the question arises that

What is important your fate or hard work to be successful in life?

 So many people do hard work but still can’t be successful. Some have good fates they don’t work very hard but are still successful.

To conclude this debate, whatever is in your fate your hard work is automatically done on the same path whether it is with passion, meeting people, or getting things easier for you. This is from only one ALMIGHTY.    

TEACHER'S RESPECT !

 

We have parents other than our real or biological parents and these are our teachers. They are respected and they deserve to be treated. When we were growing up our parents used to tell us we have to respect our teachers by all means rightly so because teachers teach us not only academics but also ethics, behavior treating people, etc., etc. Teachers play a pivotal role in shaping children’s personality and their career selection and growth.

Till the last decade students used to respect their teachers a lot, they used to share their issues/Problems with teachers and find solutions with the help of teachers and above all respect teachers a lot. Everything was going fine till the last decade but after that things changed abruptly, students do not give respect to their teachers as they should or they used to give in the past. The question is

 “WHY”

Is there any deficiency in teacher’s behavior or student do not give them respect as it was in the past.

There may be some reasons first is the parents at home do not make them understand the value of teachers and do not emphasize their respect and the second reason is that they have other resources to educate themselves like social media so the importance of the teachers in the eyes of the student is not like that as it used to be and the third one is financial substance teachers just go for financial gains rather than making students a good citizen they have lost the dedication towards their profession, whatever may be the reason that’s totally unacceptable and it should be changed, for getting good results parent must make their children understand the importance of teachers and teachers must be dedicated to their profession as well as the students should respect their teachers in all respect.
